Training Materials – Certified Reference Materials and their Production

 

Burcu Binici, in the framework of a successful academic exchange, delivered a lecture at the University of Tartu,  in Estonia, on 14-15 April 2026, focused on CRM  Production based on ISO 17034:2016.

Key important topics were presented, such as production of certified reference material based on the ISO 17034:2016, selection and use of reference materials, chemical analysis and traceability and quality assurance in laboratories. The lecture also addressed various take-away questions and answers, to engage and open an interactive discussion with the students.

These activities are very important for the ScreenFood project to raise awareness, share expertise and best practices, as well as to create impact of the project ongoing research and deliverables.
